Company History
R & R Raingutters is a corporation owned and operated by Ron Roberts since 1994. Ron is fully insured and is a licensed California contractor. R & R employs experienced sheet metal fabricators as well as trained installers, equipped to handle all your sheet metal needs.
We specialize in the fabrication of custom i.e. Kitchen Hoods, Countertops / Cabinets, Outdoor BBQs, Chimney Shrouds, Planter Boxes and Metal Roofs. Some of these products can be viewed under our "Services" link. We also offer year-round cleaning on residential and commercial rain gutter systems in the greater Bay Area.
Ron and his highly-skilled and innovative team bring over seventy-five combined years of professional experience and expertise to your project and provide a lifetime workmanship warranty. A chimney cap (also known as a chimney chase or chimney hood) is a covering for a chimney that shelters the opening from rain while still allowing smoke and gas to escape. Chimney caps also prevent birds and other small animals from nesting inside your chimney's flue which could prevent air flow and cause sanitation issues.

A kitchen exhaust hood (also known as an extractor hood or range hood) is an appliance that hangs above the stove or cooktop in your kitchen and uses a fan or blower to pick up the polluted air. It removes airborne grease, combustion products, fumes, smoke, odors, heat, and steam. Exhaust hoods almost always include built-in lighting (incandescent, fluorescent, or halogen) to illuminate the cooking surface.

All of our gutter machines are completely mobile and ready to go. By extruding gutter "on site", we can minimize the handling of the gutter which in turn, provides a clear, crisp product without blemish – something every customer truly appreciates.
The gutters come in pre-painted aluminum, pre-painted steel, unpainted bonderized steel and copper. All gutters are either sectional or seamless (continuous). The seamless gutters are pre-painted aluminum or steel, and are roll formed to custom lengths on site using our portable machine. The bonderized steel gutters come as sections. The copper gutter comes in both seamless and sections and is prized for its natural color and long lasting performance.

Metal Gutters > Cleaning
Gutter cleaning is one of the most important home-maintenance services that you can do. Preventive gutter maintenance is the most efficient way to prolong the life of gutters and prevent water damage to your roof, windows, and walls. To be effective in preventing gutter overflow, gutter cleaning is recommended at least twice a year.
Gutter cleaning consists of cleaning out leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts, as well as removing debris from accessible roof areas, and off the ground after the gutters are cleaned. The metal finishers here at R & R have a variety of processes for a range of metals, including copper, zinc, steel and more. We treat the exterior of a metal product by applying a thin layer to its surface to give it a unique look. We can give the metal a consistent contemporary look or a rustic finish to make it look as if it has been naturally weathered for many years.
It is not an easy job to get a quality metal finish. The use of the right equipment and the knowledge of the process are very important.
